✅ Eligible Returns:

We will gladly offer a refund or exchange if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Email us at info@rehninteriors.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photo

  ❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Change of mind

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  🕊️ Return Shipping:

  • If we made an error or the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping

  • Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
